Phil was personable, professional, and easy to get in touch with. By the time you get to a personal injury attorney, you’re already likely in a stressful situation. Phil made the process seem much less intimidating and provided his honest opinion throughout the process. He was fully transparent with the process and his role. One of the things I appreciated the most about Phil is that he suggested other steps that could be taken to settle the claim before retaining him; this level of advising was free and he even answered a few questions along the way.
